Objective
To create a seasonal cultural activation that encourages customer interaction and strengthens the centre’s connection with the local community.
Concept
The Sakura Wish Tree invited visitors to write their wishes on hanging tags and place them on decorative Sakura trees displayed in the centre.
Execution
Over three years, the activation was expanded by introducing additional trees and incorporating giveaway prizes to encourage greater participation and customer spending within the centre.
Outcome
The Sakura Wish Tree became a popular annual tradition that increased visitor engagement and created a meaningful interactive experience within the centre.
