Objective
To promote Emerald Square’s dining precinct while encouraging customers to explore multiple restaurants within the centre. The goal was to increase foot traffic, customer spending, and repeat visits by creating a fun and interactive food campaign.

Concept
Emerald Foodie Club was designed as a dining challenge that invited customers to discover different restaurants within the centre. The campaign introduced a passport-style experience, where customers could collect stamps from participating food retailers as they dined.

Execution
Passport books were printed and distributed to tenants to hand out to customers. Each time a customer dined at a participating restaurant, they received a stamp in their passport. Once completed, customers could enter the competition to win major prizes, including Breville coffee machines and a Nintendo Switch 2, creating a strong incentive to visit multiple venues.

Outcome
The activation encouraged customers to try new restaurants, increased engagement with tenants, and motivated repeat visits to the centre. The interactive passport concept created a fun customer journey while supporting retailers and strengthening Emerald Square’s position as a local dining destination.
